As a practice manager for more than 30 years, I have used Dental Medical Staffing many, many times. They have found permanent employees as well as helping us when we needed temp help to fill in. Karen, in particular, has always been so very helpful. She makes it a point to get details of what the requirements are and has never let us down in making sure those requirements are met. Without fail, she makes a great match with who she sends our way. I have never considered using another agency as Dental Medical Staffing does not disappoint. I’ve had great experiences working with DMSI. I requested to work at different offices so I could see how other providers work and learn new things - everyone has been great to accommodate that for me and I’ve learned SO much this way. I also had an emergency and had to pull myself off their schedule for several weeks. They were super kind during this time, and Elyse sent me a couple of lovely messages during the hard time I was experiencing which was incredibly touching. I’ve received great feedback from not only DMSI but also the offices I’ve been at. They have also been great about not sending me to offices I don’t want to go to or offices that I have had bad past experiences at. If I really need to pick up a last minute shift they do work hard in trying to find one within my working radius but have offered some outside my radius as well as a “last resort” for me and have warned me ahead of time that it’s outside of my preferred distance, which I super, super appreciate. I’m thankful I found them!
